When you order it, you need to order with either the full-duplex or half-duplex RS-485 option. It is very reasonably priced, $14 for full, $12 for half. This converts just COM2. I orderd this option for both a 7260 and 7300 (half-duplex), but have yet to test it. I have various RS-485 devices, so will be testing it sooner or later. You could also buy and external RS-232 to RS-485 converter. If you need MODBUS code, let me know. Don. On 6/17/06, Andrea Fino <
