This is actually a very good feature, it protects you against trojan
horse type of attacks. If you downloaded a zip file and unziped it, and
one of the files happend to be name "ls", and you typed "ls" in that
directory to see what you had, it would execute the local ls,
installing a virus, then display the files and you would never be any
the wiser. You can actaully add "." to your path, but I would recommend
against it. The path is viewed with "pwd", Print Working Directory. Don. On 5/24/06, thomas <> wrote:
