Which logitech? I have a 4000 Pro running with version 9 of the pwc +
pwcx driver. Depending on the model and kernel used, you will use
different drivers. Which model do you have? If you have access to a
linux desktop, there is a command lsusb which will list all devices
attached to the usb bus.

Google for an app called mvc. It's a very simple but functional
motion detector + snapshot taker. There is also a more complex
program called motion. I'd start with mvc for a first hack.

That means that the hotplug system cannot find a module ('driver') for
that card. You need to recompile the kernel to include usb sound
support and the specific model of usb sound card you have....
