Lennert,

Sorry if you've already addressed this _but_ ...

I recently joined the group around April first, so I may have missed a
lot of action that happened before this. I've been trying to put
together some working concoction on the ts-7260 for the 2.6 kernel, then
I started searching on groups.yahoo.com for previous posts.

After checking out your site I saw all of the great work that you've
been doing. Now I'm currently working on the 2.6.16 kernel with your
derevo17.diff. I was just happy to see all of the features when doing a
make menuconfig AND having them compile without complaining.

But then after loading in the zImage to the board, it starts to run the
kernel but then there is no output after it's booted. Have you
experienced anything similar? My output is below:

RedBoot> load -r -b 0x00218000 -m xmodem
CRaw file loaded 0x00218000-0x00345593, assumed entry at 0x00218000
xyzModem - CRC mode, 9644(SOH)/0(STX)/0(CAN) packets, 1 retries
RedBoot> exec -c "console=ttyAM0,,115200 root=/dev/nfs
ip=192.168.2.202:192.168.2.203:192.168.1.100:255.255.255.0:ts7260
nfsroot=192.168.2.203:/usr/debian_root,port=2049"
Using base address 0x00218000 and length 0x0012d594
Uncompressing
Linux.............................................................
done, booting the kernel.

 From what how it appears, it looks like the ttyAM0 serial device is not
doing anything. I've tried the tty0 but to no avail.

Can you suggest anything ? Maybe provide any .configs ?

Thanks a bunch in advance,

~/Chris
