[ts-7000] TS-7200 nolonger in eCos packages?

So I have been learning eCos and since I have three TS-7200's kicking
around my desk I figured that I would like to trying running eCos apps
on them.

I searched the lists (both this and the ecos-discuss).  Some previous
posts on this list indicates that package for the ts-7200 should be in

ecos/packages/hal/arm/arm9/ts7200/v2_0/cdl/hal_arm_arm9_ts7200.cdl

But ts7200 is not in the current sourse tree of ecos? has this been
moved somewhere else or under a different board? I also don't see a
ep93xx package in the arm portion of the tree.

Anyone using eCos sussessfuly on these boards?
