How? Busybox is GPL, is GPL. Any other code is whatever it is licensed as.

Not unless you have included any GPL code in the proprietary program,
or linked against a GPL library. A lot of libraries are LGPL which
allows such linking, without making you program GPL

If you are thinking of releasing a product containing GPL code, busybox,
Linux Kernel, then you must fullfill the license requirments of the GPL.

If I were you, and you don't understand the licensing requirements, I'd
goto

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/licenses.html

and read up on it, and if you still have questions, then enquire of the
GNU organisation <>
