IANAL but this is compiled from other responses in newsgroups and my
own understanding....

Unless you modify the source code it doesn't.  You have to make any
patches available, but AFAIK there is no requirement to make your
build methods public.

If you modify any of the source code, or use GPL code as part of your
proprietary code, then yes.  If, however, you build your app
completely separately, and link only to LGPL libraries, then there is
no requirement to make your code public.

Only if they modify GPL source code.  As end users, no.
