Indeed, we found the same thing with the PC104 specific .600" spacers.
 However, .625" (perfect 5/8") spacers are industry standard and are
20 cents a piece.  We get them from Tower Fasteners

.025" error means your pins set .025" from perfect engagement, but
this doesn't really effect anything since the pins are already so
long.  Spending another $4 in the design for an extra 0.025" of pin
engagement is hardly worth it.
