There is a kernel patch in the files area which includes a cpufreq driver 
which I posted a while back.  It applies to a virgin ts8 kernel from 
tecnologics.  And no I can't remember when but there will be an email in the 
archives.

Use Jim Jackson's cctl program to control ethernet, usb etc
