Hi Jesse,
A few questions regarding the TS-7260.
1. Any idea on the cost adder for the 128MB Flash option?
2. Any chance of a version which can handle up to 30VDC.
A lot of industrial equipment works on 24VDC, and it would be nice to
work direct from this voltage. On option for my application would be
to add a step down converter in parallel with a small 12VDC battery
which would act as a UPS for the unit, preferably with a software
controlled off switch to allow a controlled shutdown in the event of a
power failure.
3. The TS-XDIO sounds interesting - is there any way to synchronize
the encoder to the A/D?
I assume that a periodic interrupt could be used to read the encoder,
but it would need to run at a much higher speed to read muliple
channels - I'd like to read the encoder and two analogue with as
little time skew. Possibly using the TS-7KV would be better for this
application - any thoughts of adding TS-XDIO to this board?
Regards,
PJE
