I don't know about the TS-7250, but on the TS-7200 I would be very concerned if my processor heated up like that. I think they both use the EP9302 though. I have run a program that polls the spi port (meaning constant activity) on my TS-7200 for probably about 3 hours at a time before, and it never heats up very much at all. It also doesn't ever draw more than about 470 mA. So if you are drawing more than that, you may have another problem. If the processor is just getting that hot and that is not because of some problem, (hope I'm not stating the obvious here) you may have to put a heat sink on the processor to keep it cooled off.
