[ts-7000] Periodic Reset

I have bought from little a card TS7250, after to have understood
as to give its configuration I have supplied to verify which services
were active (Telnet and Web), until yesterday was all good,
This morning when I have begun to work with my TS7250 verification
one strange phenomenon, every 10 second the card go in reset. There is
someone that can help me? What I can make? Thanks to all for your help
