Chris,

  Phpbb is a great system for a community to help its
members learn to use and debug systems.  I did not
realize that "T" had more of a dictionary (or should I
say app notes?) approach.  My bad.  You are correct -
phpbb would basically be duplicating the effort we
have here in the yahoo pages to a large extent.
