I resolved it. The problem was: the modem had been connected to port
number one. Sometime log/debug messages are sent from the system
directly to console (which is redirected to serial 1).
First you have to change file: /etc/inittab by commenting the line:

   lgn1:12345:respawn:/sbin/getty -L 115200 ttyAM1

The second problem is: main busybox console is also redirected to
serial 1. Even IF YOU TURN OFF serial1 redirection in innittab!!! 
You have to (during starting) connect via null modem cable and change
fconfig data.

Now you have probably something like:

exec -c "console=ttyAM0,115200 root=/dev/mtdblock1"

Change it to:
exec -c "console=ttyAM1,115200 root=/dev/mtdblock1" (or even ttyAM2)

And change the JP2 jumper to off.

But remember - now the console messages and connection is turned off.
It resolves all problems with modem...
