Thank you very much for this first-hand information. I discovered ramfs 
last night, and it works on my TS-7250, so I think I'll stop searching for 
tmpfs and get on with my project. <G>

Eddie at Technologic emailed me to say it doesn't look like tmpfs was 
compiled into the kernel, and I don't want to spend time recompiling it 
right now.
