Hi

Try to use ramfs instead of tmpfs. ramfs seam to be in the TS linux
kernel but not tmpfs.

tmpfs is only a variant of ramfs that can use the swap file and not only
the RAM to create a ram drive. So from my point of view (where I dont
have a swap file) ramfs is good enough.

work for me on a ts-7250 board with the default kernel.
