You can always try ntpclient (http://doolittle.faludi.com/ntpclient/)
which is a lightweight ntp client suitable for embedded devices.
The most recent version has an optional patch that snaps the local
time to the time obtained from the ntp server when it starts up.
I recommend it, it's small, fast and lightweight.
Another alternative is to script "rdate -s <machine>" into the ts7200
during startup, but that requires another program (rdate) and another
network service to be active.
