I think your toolchain is correct, but the manual was out-dated, just
use "arm-elf-xxx" rather than "arm-9tdmi-elf-xxx" for whatever tools
"xxx".
And from previous threads, update redboot will have risk, and till now
I do not think of anything need to build and flash a customized
version of redboot.
