The eCos port is completed for the "Redboot" part, while I suspect
except the RTC issues there would be some more drivers were
handicapped for the "Application" part.  As you see, there were not
much information for eCos for TS72xx and EP93xx in the web.

I dunno if you mean running eCos App with the 8MB on board flash on
TS-7250, which is in my case.

3. From what I see, TSLinux should be the better way to go if it is an
option for you.  Its drivers were almost all completed, with well
tested development environment, and developers and users here.
