I'm afraid you really haven't given enough detail. I'm a bit baffled by
by your description of using the Ethernet port? You usually do not
interact with the ethernet port directly but via Sockets. Or are you doing
something a lot lower level? As you can see you've not really described
what you are trying to do or given any info on which people can offer
help.
