The Linux kernel by default is only detects up to 4 uarts at the traditional COM1, COM2, COM3 and COM4 (/dev/tts/0 - 3) I/O locations. To detect more you will have to modify include/asm-arm/arch-ep93xx/serial.h and rebuild the kernel. //Jesse Off Yahoo!
