The bootrom will set the clock speed for you. It can detect if you have an
EP9301 or an EP9302 (based upon the Rev # of the silicon).... So there are
no changes in the kernel for running on an EP9301 or an EP9302 (disregard
the autobuild_for_customer_9301 script)....
