However, on both counts (real estate $$ and traffic), Phoenix is still
much more reasonable than California. Real estate is a bit inflated in
Fountain Hills and Scottsdale, but north Mesa is much more reasonable and
is only about a 15-25 minute commute across a less-traveled highway.
