You can ues EPI tools for the debugging for the interface you might need to solder on the wire to the respective JTAG pins on the CPU, look at the datasheet for pins they are TDI,TMS,TDO, TCLK, etc. www.epitools.com one unit cost about USD$3, 200/- you can us the Majic-LT it only does debugging thru EDB and LX series will support eclipse no prob. don't really understand why you are asking for this...
