[ts-7000] Booting from a USB flash drive?

Hi,

I have a TS-7200 board and I am having trouble booting from a USB
flash drive.  I saw the post for the TS-7250 but I can not find those
files in the debian for the 7200.  Has anyone been able to boot from a
USB flash drive?  If so, can you give me an explanation of what you did?
