[pwc] Error linux/config.h

I've compiled PWC many times with no problems, but now when I try to
compile it, I get this error:

Strange thing is, the first time tonight I compiled it, it worked fine.
The second time, I get the above error. Also I can't find config.h in
the kernel source tree.

Please, if someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
