The chips seem a pixart PAC7311 or PAC7312 nothing todo with the pwc driver :(
The encoded stream is a sort of jpeg with strange marker 0xff 0xff 0xff 0x0n
every 1024 bytes. Until the compressed stream is unknow, there are no support
under Linux
I have setup the "state of the art" here
