Take the lastest v4l2 snapshot, uncompress two times, then modify the first copy, and do a 'diff -Naur' ? I don't have much time now (vacation & moving), but if the patch looks, good, i'll apply to the driver. Post the patch on the mailing, more reports is better (even good or bad).
