[pwc] Bug report : Noise Reduction

Hi,

   I noticed a little bug in the pwc driver, I think. I'm using a 
Logitech QuickCam Pro 3000. When I change the noise reduction level (via 
ioctl) to 0 or 2, it works fine. If I query the value right after 
setting, I obtain 0 or 2. However, if I set the level to 1, I get 3 and 
when I set it to 3, I get 1... Did it happen to someone else ? I really 
don't think it is my error, since, with the same code, I change the 
compression level and there are no error in that case.
