JCA a écrit : I got my Logitech Quickcam 4000 Pro webcam to work with the 2.6.11 kernel, and the latest PWC driver. Everything seems to be working fine, with one exception: the built-in microphone. How do I get it to work at all? I understand that one needs to have USB audio support in the kernel, which I do; also, the audio kernel module is loaded all right. I'd like to be able to use the built-in microphone with GnomeMeeting, but GM seems to be unable to detect that microphone. It does detect the webcam all right, and I have had success using it with GM, as far as the video is concerned. I use it without any problem. I even would rather NOT use it. (ALSA configuration) On Configuration wizard... page 7 Audio devices, choose USB device for acquisition. then test. And Enjoy. Have fun. -- Henri-Damien LAURENT _______________________________________________ pwc mailing list http://lists.saillard.org/mailman/listinfo/pwc |
