Seems to be under the control of the BLM, so it's not private land.Perhaps =
if you make your intentions known to anyone who happens to see you there, t=
hey may not bother you.But they would have to be a government official to h=
assle you.
I've read of people being there for the mudpots in April, so apparently it =
is accessible and there were no negative reports.
