the difference between the xy internal microphones of the zoom h1n and two =
external capsules Primo em172 is greatly in favor of the latter setup. I us=
ed the same rec level on either setups. Not to mention the comfort and ease=
 of use of the system with solid state memory cards.

BTW I have used the minidisc system very much: from its birth until his dea=
th decreed by the advent of solid state memories. It is useless to work har=
d to treat a terminally ill patient, we must take note of it. Get a cheap Z=
oom h1n, and you'll see that you will not regret it.
