Hi Jim,
A quick response, the dimensions are there somewhere on my website,
but basically the unit mimics you head size, the mics are spaced apart
the same distance as your ears. I don't think the exact measurements
are all that critical, just adapt the materials that may be available
to you.
For the mics, there may be several places that sell the capsules with
short bits of wire pre-soldered (which saves you from destroying the
mics with overheating) :-D Make sure you get the ones that have black
'goretex' type of cloth on the front and they will be more weatherproof.
