I've been asked to lead some sound walks, and I was wondering if anyone has= had success with streaming live audio from a recording rig to participates= smart phones. I guess I would need a laptop and would have to set up some = type of portable WiFi network that people could connect to, and they would = need some type of App to process the signal. It seems kind of straightforwa= rd, but I can't find any real world examples. Also, carrying around a lapto= p and WiFi router seems kind of clunky. Anyone tried this? Thanks in advance. Fred Bell |
