Audacity now has frequency range on region labels

In the latest version of Audacity (2.1.2), one can enable "spectral selecti=
ons" and select rectangular areas when in spectrogram view. As well as bein=
g able to apply effects to these selections, one can create labels that sto=
re the time and frequency limits of the selection. Should be useful for ann=
otating species calls in recordings.

A little bit like the selection labels one can create in Raven Pro, but unf=
ortunately they're only visible when the relevant label is selected. Hopefu=
lly it'll become possible to see them all at once in a future version.
