James, You need a methodical stage by stage swap check, but that needs a second mi= c and K6. I presume your recorder is stereo so you can swap inputs as well, s= o persuade yourself that stereo is best and buy another mic and K6, then you= will not only know, but can enjoy recording in stereo.
