Don=92t exactly know how that would manifest, David. This is the first day =
we=92ve begun discussions with the publisher. So we haven=92t got down to s=
pecifics, yet. There are lots of details that have to be worked out not onl=
y for the reissue, but the narrative, as well. In the past 12 years, lots h=
as happened in the field that will somehow need to be incorporated into the=
text. The basics are there. But the finer details need to be fleshed out.
Stand by, though. This shouldn=92t take too long. Perhaps it can be out my =
mid-2015 if all the planets line up correctly and the yarrow stalks bless u=
s with convergence.
