It's a long term, science-based, non-binding plan which acknowledges that
natural resources in developing nations are going to be severely stressed b=
y
rapidly growing populations, and that most people will have to live in or
near cities in order to survive, since hunting / gathering / subsistence
farming will not support those projected population levels. It offers a
plan to provide clean water, adequate food and housing while preserving
natural resources and minimizing environmental impact. No forced
relocation, confiscation of private property, or limitations of liberties
are included. J It was originally misrepresented by Glen Beck as an attemp=
t
to take away American sovereignty and impose one-world government, and the
various 'conspiracy theorists' (and politicians) have flown with it ever
since. My personal favorite was a site that linked it to the aliens that
live in the city inside our hollow earth and are really controlling us all.
