I bought a set of ten from Frogloggers about a year ago.  I see them still =

Mine came with one inch flying leads attached and a strong caution against =
soldering directly to the capsule, since any overheating at all can degrade=
 the permanent electrostatic field that an electret microphone depends upon=

These also came with the 100E grommet that is useful for some sound isolati=
on when mounting.  The black cloth cover is said to be water resistant but =
not waterproof.
