Hi Chris,
You do not need an equation. Just run a test recording overnight and and in=
 the morning look at the files to determine when it started losing power - =
I doubt it will make it through then night. I made myself a 12 AA sled whic=
h will run the AT3032s with the Art Phantom II for more than 24 hours.
