Yes!
The name Telinga came up late one night in 1981, when a friend of
mine, who is an anthropologist and had been field working in
Malaysia, and me, was trying to find a creative name for the company!
Telinga also reminds about "telephone" and "telescope" and had no bad
connotations, as far as we could se.
So I am very grateful for that Indonesian word. Thank you!
