Hi!
In this case you have probably set the recorder in stereo mode when recordi=
ng with a mono mic. Check if your recorder have a mono setting so you can u=
se that the next time you use only one mono mic. All recorders don't have t=
hat option.
If you have a mono recording in stereo view and it only has sound in one ch=
annel, you can highlight everything in that channel (ctrl+a)(make sure it's=
only the channel that has sound) and then copy it (ctrl+c)and then highlig=
ht only the emty channel, click the "go to start button" and then paste (ct=
rl+v)the sound. Now you have the same sound in left and right channels.
One other option that should work is that you can convert the stereo file t=
o mono in Audition.
