There would have to be emus around, and I think I heard one in the next mor= ning's recording. It sounded different, more like other emu recordings I've= heard, but I'm not familiar enough with them to know if there's much varia= tion. There could be Mallefowl as well, which have deep voices, but I don't know = if they boom like that.
