Quite interesting. I have had an Ares-M from Nagra since 2006 and still use it temporarly. These recorders together with Nagra SD have two choises for microphones attached to the device, one omny and one stereo. These new recorders, the Lino and Pk, seem to have two cardoid mics which makes them not as suitable in outdoors activities as the SD, espcially if you are recording interviews= . But I believe the new ones produce far better recordings than the LS 10 or Message: 11. Subject: Best regards, Arnthor Helgason |
