Scott, Your plexiglass horns sound like practice over theory which I strongly approve of. :-) The Brinibox puts two horns side by side rather than back to back and the discovery was that this gives a good stereo distribution. I have still to see a proper definition of what a "pressure zone" is. I've given my own explanation why a PZM gives a boost, but so does a directional mic and for that matter, also a preamp. :-).
