"Spectrum", that's the key word I was looking for. I found a product compar=
ison page, and my version of sound Forge (Audio Studio) doesn't have spectr=
um analysis. I'll stick with Audactiy for sonograms then. Thanks for that.

I don't know about other versions, but Sound Forge 10 has a spectrum analiz=
er. You should find it in the 'view' tab. To adjust settings you have to ri=
ght click on the sonogram. I cannot say if it's good or not, because I don'=
t use it.
