Thanks for sharing.  This model is already appearing on audio merchants' we=
b sites, price $199 USD.  That makes the DR-40 the least expensive recorder=
 with XLR input.  I think this model will prove to be similar to the Tascam=
 DR-07 Mark II with XLR input rather than 3.5mm stereo jack.
