<<I have a chance to buy the following kit at a decent price and would like= to know what you all think: 1 Sound Devices 702, two batteries, carrying case, instruction book 2 AKG c1000s, carrying case 1 Shure S15A 14' telescope mic stand, carrying case 4 & 8 gig CF card 2 20' XLR cables stereo mount bar for the two mics What do you think about this?>> With the notable exception of the C1000 mics I think it's a good kit. The C= 1000 is a complete piece of junk. If they are inseparably part of the deal,= sell or give them away immediately & get something useable. There are lots= of good mics in the world. C1000's are not in that category. Scott Fraser |
