I have used both the ME66 and 67. For hand held mics, If you can determine =

where the sound comes from then the 67 is best because it is more
directional.  If you are guessing then the 66 is better. I use an ME20 for =
my dish.

I have both and from a practical  standpoint, I fine the ME66/K6 easier to=

use in the field. The ME67 seems  to be more sensitive to picking up
handling noise and noise of the mic  cable brushing against your coat
etc. These are issues you have to be more  aware of when using the ME67 as=

a hand held microphone. However on a  tripod, the ME67 shines!
