David,

I have both and from a practical standpoint, I fine the ME66/K6 easier to
use in the field.  The ME67 seems to be more sensitive to picking up
handling noise and noise of the mic cable brushing against your coat
etc.  These are issues you have to be more aware of when using the ME67 as=

a hand held microphone.  However on a tripod, the ME67 shines!
